Barnesville Marching Band Banquet

The Barnesville Band Boosters would like to extend a invitation to students, parents, and guardians, as well as our volunteers, to attend the Annual Marching Band Banquet. This event is held to honor the Band Students and to recognize them for all their efforts throughout the Fall Season.

Please join us as we celebrate the success of these amazing talented students! This year’s banquet will be held on Sunday, December 9, 2018 at 4:30pm in the Elks Lodge, 117 N Chestnut St, Barnesville.

This year the banquet will be catered, because of this it will be vital to RSVP in advance. We are limiting the Band Banquet to one ticket for Band Student and 2 Guest tickets per household. Additional tickets may be purchased in advance for $10 per Adult, $6 per Students, and Children 5 and under free. To purchase a ticket in advance please contact Lori Watson 740-238-0591. Tickets must be paid for by Tuesday, November 27, 2018. Checks can be made payable to the Barnesville Band Boosters. All food, door prizes, and awards will be sponsored by the Barnesville Band Boosters. Tickets are not being mailed out in advance. Please check-in at the door with Students Name or with your name.

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO RSVP – before Tuesday, November 27, 2018 to ensure enough food and seating. Extra Ticket purchases must be paid for by this date as well.
